I’ve Been Where You Are.

I know what it’s like to feel stuck.


For years, I trained hard but saw no real change. I thought I just needed more discipline - to push harder, eat less, try again. But what I really needed was structure, education, and the mindset to keep going when life got messy.


My story started from a place of struggle - navigating abuse, addiction, and a complete loss of self. Fitness became the tool that helped me rebuild my confidence and reclaim my life. It showed me what I was truly capable of.


Now, I help other women do the same - not through quick fixes or shame, but through support, strategy, and self-trust. You don’t have to spend years trying to figure it out on your own. You just need the right guidance, a system that fits your life, and someone who believes in you until you believe in yourself again.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How much time will this take each week?

Most clients spend 3-5 hours a week training -depending on your program and how much time you can commit, I have seen amazing results with clients training an hour and a half a week plus 5–10 minutes a day on mindset and an hour over the weekends for meal prep. I design everything to fit into a busy lifestyle and customisable

2. Do you offer a guarantee?

No coach can guarantee exact results (that depends on your consistency and effort), but I do guarantee that if you show up, follow the plan, communicate well and do check-ins - you will see results. I’ll give you the tools, support, and accountability to make it happen.

3. What’s your refund policy?

All payments are non-refundable, as outlined in the contract. Coaching is a service, not a product you can return - and your investment is part of what makes you stay accountable.

4. Can I cancel anytime?

Coaching is a minimum 6-month commitment. After that, you can cancel with 4 weeks’ written notice. (Because real transformation takes time, quick fixes aren’t my vibe.)

5. What if I go on holiday or get sick?

You can pause for up to 2 weeks within 6 months for holidays/sickness. Beyond that, we’ll adjust your program around your situation but your membership keeps running.

6. What if I have an injury or health condition?

You’ll need to disclose anything upfront, and in some cases I’ll require a medical clearance before starting. I can adapt your program to work around most injuries.

7. What if I’m brand new to the gym?

Perfect, I'll meet you where you’re at. You’ll get clear video demos, mindset support, and simple nutrition strategies that will grow with you.

8. Do you write meal plans?

I do, but it is dependant on the client and their needs.

9. How much access do I get to you?

You’ll have fortnightly check-ins, messaging support, and monthly coaching calls. I’ll always respond within a reasonable timeframe as well as access to the community where the you’ll gain friendships and support from women who are on the same journey.

10. Do I need a gym membership?

Programs can be written for a home gym in the beginning stages as you are learning and stretching the nervous system to adapt but as you grow a gym will be more beneficial (unless your home gym is fully equipped)so we can progressively overload effectively for your results.
