You didn’t come this far just to shrink yourself.

There was a time in my life where everything felt out of control.
Not just my body,but my mind, my choices, my sense of worth.
Behind closed doors, I was navigating trauma, addiction, and the heaviness of a world that didn’t feel safe. I used to believe the only way to cope was to numb, shrink, or “fix” myself through overtraining, under-eating, and chasing validation through external progress.
I spent years thinking transformation was about doing more.
More restriction. More steps. More shame.
But the real shift happened when I stopped trying to punish myself into change and started learning how to take care of myself from the inside out.
That’s the work I do now.
Helping women unlearn the bullshit and come back home to their bodies.
Through training, through nourishing food, and most importantly through mindset.
Because what I’ve learned is this:
You can have the “perfect” plan, but if your inner world is still ruled by self-doubt, sabotage, or scarcity… nothing sticks.
That’s why I created The Baddie Blueprint a space where results don’t come from restriction, but from radical self-respect.
